About the Firm

Attorney Mutschler established M&A Advocacy, LLC, in 2025 as a law firm which serves the needs of criminal defense attorneys.  The firm is generally engaged in assisting litigation counsel with discovery reviews, trial strategies, and appeals.  The firm adopts a "behind the scenes" approach in which services are rendered directly to counsel.

In addition to the foregoing, the firm also accepts direct appellate referrals in those cases in which trial counsel does not wish to further participate.

The firm's services are comprehensive.  We will become involved at any stage in which lead counsel feels it necessary--from the issuance of a criminal complaint through petitioning the Wisconsin Supreme Court if necessary.  This includes involvement in federal matters as well.  No matter the stage of the case or what litigation counsel requires, we will strive to achieve all the goals set out for us.
